MAMILLA (Holland)

Two guitarists, a bass player and a drummer. Mamilla, is a well known guitar rock-band from the south of The Netherlands. Their music is often described as real rock with marvellous guitar works.

Since their debut in January 1994, they have had a lot of gigs. Height: in a sold out Heineken Music Hall as support act of the legendary ZZ Top.

In the past the band played with noted Dutch bands like Normaal, De Dijk and even with international bands, just to mention: Wishbone Ash, Uriah Heep, Ten Years After and Y&T. Mamilla also played at various festivals.

Mamilla is a real live band, they are mostly seen while doing energetic live-shows at well known stages. There has never been a gig where they haven't left a good impression.

The band created four albums and four single-cd’s.

In 1998 they had written and played in the music from the successful teen-age musical “Back Off”.
